The Notch Tilt Board is a compact and versatile tool designed to support a wide range of therapeutic and rehabilitation activities. Featuring up to 12 degrees of tilt, it can be used to improve balance, weight shifting (forwards, backwards, or side-to-side), core strength, and ankle stability.
Crafted from premium-quality plywood, the board includes grip tape for enhanced traction and smoothly routed edges for added safety.
Available in natural wood or a varnished finish.
