Refund policy
Change of mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. This applies to all products, including standard and custom-made items. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable before purchase.
Custom-made & made-to-order items
Custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once production has begun.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a product does not meet those guarantees, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Act.
Damage in transit
Any damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
Assessment & returns
All requests for refunds, repairs, or replacements are subject to assessment. Assessment may be completed via photographs or may require the item to be returned for further inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Remedies
For minor failures, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. For major failures, customers may choose their preferred remedy as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the customer’s preferred refund method where reasonably possible.
